Belly Ache Fix

Woke up this morning with a big belly ache

What to do ? Then i remember Mother,  who was English, gave us kids enemas for just about everything.

I had just bought this holds a quart.

So i fill it up and insert it appropriately. Nice warm water. i was able to hold 2 quarts for about 20 minutes. What  great release and took care of my belly ache.

So i took off The Vice and showered & shaved feeling very refreshed. so back on with a plug and The Vice.

Feeling better maybe i will go out for a walk
